We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.

Estimated Delivery Time

After an order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:

  • Some products may arrive sooner depending on inventory location and carrier availability.

Shipping Costs

Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly indicated on the website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking updates may take several days to appear after shipment has been processed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect address is provided, we may be unable to modify the shipment once it has been processed.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be re-shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

MYSTYLE24 is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly and then reach out to us for assistance.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
