Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

After review, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Return Shipping Costs
